Perennial Escrow is located in Pacific Palisades, a sophisticated and elegant
community located along the bluffs where Los Angeles meets the Pacific Ocean. Near
Brentwood, Santa Monica, Malibu and West Los Angeles. As the only independently
owned and operated escrow company in this community we truly provide service that is
unencumbered. We are not affiliated with a Real Estate Broker or Title Company. We
are a completely neutral third party and proud to be held to a higher standard than our
competitors.
Perennial Escrow is licensed by the Department of Corporations. Our staff has been
through their extensive approval process and enjoys a combined 55 plus years in the
escrow business.
