Bud Petrick is Vice President and Co-Founder of Perennial Escrow, Inc.

Bud is a long time resident of Pacific Palisades who has worked in the real estate business for 45 years.

Hard work and success led to starting his own real estate company in 1985, with offices in Pacific Palisades and West Los Angeles.
Bud later worked with Coldwell Banker, retiring from Coldwell Banker in 2005.
Bud has had a passion for the real estate business and his community all of his adult life.

He has served as President of the Palisades Chamber of Commerce, President of the Pacific Palisades Board of Realtors, President of the Palisades Optimist Club and as President of the Palisades Americanism Parade Association, which organizes the annual Fourth of July parade. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for the Riviera Country Club.
